About Us

About Our Project

The Holy Family Hub is a new community space in Pontefract dedicated to supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, along with their families.

We are bringing a long-vacant Grade II listed church back to life, creating a fully inclusive, accessible hub designed with SEND children at its heart.

Our mission is simple, to provide a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported, and able to be themselves.

Our Vision

We are restoring a historic building into a vibrant, modern community hub that serves the whole family.

A central point for support, friendship, and community
